2. Data collected
The site collects the following categories of data:
- Server log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access. Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, and message content submitted voluntarily through the contact form. Used only to respond to the enquiry and deleted after the matter is resolved.
- Cookie preferences — a record of whether the user accepted or rejected cookies, stored in the browser's localStorage. No personal identifier is associated with this record.
The site does not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that collect personal data. No data is sold to third parties.
3. Cookies
The site uses one functional cookie category:
- Preference cookie — stores the user's cookie consent decision (accepted/rejected) in localStorage. This is a functional cookie and does not identify the user personally.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are set. If the user selects "Reject" on the cookie banner, no additional storage items are written beyond the preference record itself.
4. Legal basis for processing
Server log data is processed on the basis of the operator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining site security and diagnosing technical issues. Contact form data is processed on the basis of the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) implied by voluntary submission.
5. Data retention
Server logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Contact form submissions are retained only until the enquiry is resolved and then deleted within 60 days. Cookie preference data is stored locally in the user's browser and is not transmitted to or stored on the operator's servers.
6. User rights under GDPR
Users in the European Union have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of personal data held about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of personal data
- Right to restrict processing — request that processing be limited
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
